Ivette Alvarez is a seasoned workforce management specialist with extensive experience in call center operations. Since June 2015, Ivette has contributed to Call Center Services International, enhancing workforce efficiency and planning. Prior to this role, Ivette served as a scheduler, analyst, and planner at Telvista from 2010 to 2015. Ivette holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Labor Studies from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, obtained between 2014 and 2018.
