Can Aksoy has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Can started their career as an intern at Moore Stephens Turkey in 2014 and later interned at Young & Rubicam Group in 2015. In 2017, Can joined Deka Auto Trading Company Ltd. as a Business Development Specialist, where they worked until January 2020. Can then worked briefly as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Naturelmar Mining Company from February 2020 to March 2020. In December 2020, Can became an Account Executive at Digibros Agency, leaving in February 2022. Most recently, they have held the role of Growth Specialist at AloTech and Call Center Studio, starting in April 2023.

Can Aksoy pursued their Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of Plymouth from 2013 to 2018. During this time, they specialized in Business Administration and Management.

Following their undergraduate studies, Can Aksoy enrolled in a Double Degree Program at the Turkish-German University, in collaboration with FH Bielefeld Germany, to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA).
