As an advisory board member of the Call & Contact Center Expo US and a contributor to the Harvard Business Review and SmartBrief, Denise Yohn provides valuable insights on brand culture and customer experience. In addition to teaching brand leadership through LinkedIn Learning and serving as a faculty member at the Growth Institute, Denise is actively involved in faith and work integration, co-founding initiatives such as the Bay Area Center for Faith, Work & Tech and Faith & Work Journey. With a BA in Psychology and Political Science from Northwestern University, Denise Yohn continues to shape the conversation around exceptional organizational and brand development.
