Matthew Flanagan

Matthew Flanagan has a Bachelor of Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University. Matthew has worked in various IT roles, including as an IT Specialist, IT Helpdesk, System Administrator, Manager of Information Systems, and currently serves as the Director of Information Systems at Call Federal Credit Union. In their current role, Matthew consults with senior management to define IT requirements and priorities, aligning new projects with organizational goals. Matthew also coordinates with vendors to integrate new technologies and manages relationships and projects with core processors. Prior to their current position, Matthew worked at GTS LLC as an IT Associate and as an IT Intern, where Matthew resolved hardware and software problems, developed mobile applications, and assisted users with desktop software. Matthew also has experience working as a Delivery Driver at Jimmy John's and as a Team Member at Pizza Hut.
