Anastasie Duffaut

Anastasie Duffaut currently serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Callahan Construction Managers since December 2024. Previously, Anastasie held the position of Onsite Event Coordinator at WEST - Women in the Enterprise of Science and Technology from February 2017. Prior roles include Trade Partner Diversity and Compliance Manager at Suffolk Construction from November 2021 to November 2024, and EEO/Diversity/Community & Citizenship Coordinator at Turner Construction Company from September 2017 to October 2021. Anastasie also managed operations as Office Manager II for MIT SoMa Projects and fulfilled various roles at Citizens Bank from September 2010 to June 2016, including Branch Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Billing Specialist at Diversified Credit Services, Inc. Anastasie holds an MBA in Executive Leadership from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, an Associate's degree in Finance from Université Quisqueya, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the State University of Haiti (Law School), completed from 1994 to 1998.
