Marianne Ray

Marianne Ray joined Callan Associates in 1990 after working in the financial services industry as a Vice President with Bank of America and Bowne & Company in Chicago. Over the past several years, she has built strong, long standing client relationships with prestigious corporations around the globe including Danaher, Polaris Industries and Fortive.

Throughout her career in executive recruiting, she has provided outstanding consulting services to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups. Marianne has successfully completed numerous Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Operating Officer and other executive level assignments. She has directed search activities in all key functional areas and her industry experience includes industrial products, technology, life sciences, consumer durables, consumer products and financial services.

Marianne also has significant experience conducting executive assessments and succession planning for some key client organizations. Further, she has assisted a number of clients with Board additions.

Ms. Ray graduated from Saint Mary’s College (Notre Dame, IN) with a BBA in Business Administration and earned her MBA in finance and marketing at DePaul University (Chicago, IL).
