Jennifer Gallo

Jennifer Gallo is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Callan since August 2019, Jennifer oversees legal strategies and compliance initiatives. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at DLA Piper from January 2005 to July 2019, including Corporate Partner and Corporate & Securities Associate, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate governance for high growth companies. Jennifer also worked as a Public Relations Coordinator at Intraspect Software from June 2000 to June 2001. Jennifer earned a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a B.A. in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
