Douglas Hauth

Douglas Hauth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, sales, and fundraising. Currently serving as a Custom Fitter and Demo Day Rep at Callaway Golf since March 2016, Douglas is also the Founder of Conscious Leading, emphasizing transformational leadership that inspires individuals to reach their full potential. Previous roles include Vice President of Resource and Community Development at St. Joseph Hospital Foundation, Chief Development Officer at the American Red Cross, and various sales leadership positions at Marconi Communications and Lucent Technologies, where Douglas consistently drove significant revenue growth. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University and a Coaching Certification in Leadership Development from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
