Thomas Lacaussague has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Thomas started their career as an Animateur de colonies de vacances at the Fédération des Œuvres Laïques de Haute-Vienne, where they organized and managed daily activities for vacation programs.

Later, they worked as an Assistant Chef de Produit Terminaux mobiles et objets connectés at Orange, where they contributed to the design and validation of offers for mobile devices and connected objects.

Thomas Lacaussague's education history begins in 2007 when they attended Lycée de l'Image et du Son d'Angoulême, where they earned their Baccalauréat with a focus on Economics and Social Sciences, specifically Mathematics. From 2010 to 2012, Thomas studied at Lycée Aliénor d'Aquitaine in Poitiers, pursuing a Bac +2 degree in the Preparatory Classes for Business Schools.
