Hyejong (Monica) Oh

Hyejong (Monica) Oh has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Lead Sales Associate at Kpop Beauty from 2016 to 2017. During this time, they managed a 5 person sales team, managed the company's social media presence, and developed new concepts to generate sales. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Kissako as an Employee, where they trained new hires, developed strong multi-tasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills, and maintained service standards. In 2019, Hyejong (Monica) Oh began working at TABLE as a Marketing Specialist, where they designed and implemented social media strategy and long-tail campaigns, developed and managed MQLs in HubSpot, and developed user journey workflows, customer personas, and customer engagement templates. Finally, they are currently working at Caller ID Reputation as a Marketing Manager.
