Kathy Roszczeda

Kathy Roszczeda has extensive experience in the field of human resources, working in various roles and companies over the years. Kathy currently serves as an Associate Director of Human Resources at Calliditas Therapeutics, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Manager at Calliditas Therapeutics from March 2021 to April 2022. Before joining Calliditas Therapeutics, Kathy worked as a Human Resources Manager at Vyera Pharmaceuticals, LLC from October 2018 to March 2021. Kathy also gained experience at Roivant Sciences, where they held positions as a Human Resources Generalist/Human Resources Business Partner from September 2017 to October 2018, and as a Human Resources Associate from October 2016 to September 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate Training Advisor at Oliver Wyman in 2016, and as a Licensed Sales Representative at Allstate from April 2012 to June 2014.

Kathy Roszczeda has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology & Sociology from Queens College. Kathy also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
