Mark Biddle

Mark Biddle has over 25 years of experience in various IT leadership roles. Mark is currently serving as the Global CIO at Calliditas Therapeutics AB. Prior to this, they were the Head of Global IT/CIO at Oncopeptides AB, where they focused on building a scalable global IT platform and driving digitalization. Before that, Mark worked as the Head of IT Infrastructure Services at Recipharm, where they transformed the IT organization into a service-based delivery organization. Mark also served as the Global Service Portfolio Manager and Service Delivery Leader EMEA at BD, where they implemented a global IT service catalog and led the delivery of IT services across multiple countries. Mark has a strong track record of driving innovation, business partnership, and delivering value-driven IT solutions. Mark started their career as an IT Manager Nordic at SmithKline Beecham.

Mark Biddle's education history begins with their time at Celcius Skolan from 1985 to 1987, where they pursued a Gymnasium degree in Finance and Marketing. Following this, they continued their education at the same institution from 1987 to 1988, focusing on IT and business language in the Efter Gymnasial program. In addition to their formal education, Mark Biddle has obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. Mark became a Certified CIO through DF Kompetens in October 2021, and they earned an ITIL Foundation v3 certification from DF Certifiering AB in December 2013.
