Rahul Deshmukh

Rahul Deshmukh's work experience begins with their current role as the Head of US Market Insights and Analytics at Calliditas Therapeutics AB, which they started in July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Shionogi Inc. from 2016 to 2021, where they served as the Director of Business Analytics from February 2017 to July 2021, and as the Associate Director of Business Analytics from April 2016 to January 2017. Before that, they held the position of Director of Commercial Analytics at Carson Analytics from January 2015 to April 2016. Rahul also gained experience at ZS Associates from 2007 to 2015, working as a Manager from July 2010 to January 2015, and as a Consultant from July 2007 to June 2010. In 2006, they completed a Business Internship at Boeing. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as the Manager of Technical Services at Mittal Steel, and from 1994 to 2001, they held the role of Assistant Manager at Tata Steel.

Rahul Deshmukh pursued their education in a chronological manner. Rahul began their studies at COEP Technological University in 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Metallurgy in 1994. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2005 and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in 2007.
