Kyle Heywood

Kyle Heywood has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kyle currently works at Calligo as an Information Security Manager since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Security Analyst from January 2021 to October 2021 and as a Security Analyst from July 2019 to January 2021. Before joining Calligo, Kyle worked at Mico Systems Inc as a Technical Services Specialist from February 2017 to April 2018. Kyle also gained valuable experience at Apple, where they worked as a Genius from November 2011 to February 2017, and at IBM as a Lab Management & Parts Ordering employee from January 2012 to December 2012. Kyle started their professional journey at Aditya Birla Minacs as a Senior Tech Advisor from November 2009 to October 2011 and worked at Staples as a Sales Floor Representative from June 2007 to December 2009.

Kyle Heywood attended Niagara College from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Computer Programming. Kyle then went on to Mohawk College from 2010 to 2016, specializing in Network Engineering & Security Analyst. In terms of certifications, Kyle obtained the following: Apple Certified Macintosh Technician from Apple in May 2011, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician from Apple in May 2012, CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in July 2017, CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in June 2020, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician from Apple in January 2015, Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate from Cisco in August 2018, CompTIA CySA+ ce Certification from CompTIA in October 2021, and CompTIA Security Analytics Professional – CSAP Stackable Certification from CompTIA in October 2021.
