Jason Wales

Jason Wales is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT service management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Information Security at PulteGroup since February 2025, Jason leads a team of cybersecurity experts in various domains, including security operations and incident response. Previously, at Starbucks from September 2012 to February 2025, Jason held multiple managerial roles, including Manager of Global Cybersecurity Services, focusing on vulnerability management, and Manager of Enterprise Tools, handling infrastructure for service management. Jason began a career in problem management at Microsoft and T-Mobile, where responsibilities included developing problem management processes and minimizing service disruptions. Jason's educational background includes a BA in English from the University of Washington and an MA in Education from Seattle University.
