Samantha Whittaker is the founder of The Human Change Agency, a consultancy focused on aligning strategy and culture for purpose-led organizations, and serves as an associate facilitator at Leaders Plus, empowering working parents in leadership. As an inclusion consultant and workshop facilitator with Diversity and Ability, Samantha supports equity, inclusion, and diversity initiatives for clients like the United Nations World Food Programme and Humberside Police. Previous roles include visiting lecturer at Oxford Brookes University, interim head of researcher services at Springer Nature, and director of strategy, brand, and communications at CIPD, where Samantha led the development of corporate strategy and change management. With extensive experience in the publishing industry, including positions as editorial director at John Wiley and Sons and publisher at Palgrave Macmillan, Samantha holds a Master of Arts in Community Psychology from the University of Brighton, an advanced facilitation certificate from Roffey Park Institute, and a BA in English and Philosophy from the University of Kent.
