Paloma Newton is a multifaceted entrepreneur and marketing professional, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Elita Genetics, Australia's first stem cell bank for pets, since November 2023. In addition, Paloma contributes as a Creative Advisor for the Calling Operator podcast and previously launched the podcast, achieving significant audience engagement. As a co-founder of Grapevine and a Fractional CMO at Stella Startups, Paloma continues to influence the startup ecosystem. Past roles include Marketing Manager at Baraja, where Paloma advanced innovative technology, and Senior Account Manager at Clemenger BBDO, overseeing strategic brand development for BMW. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Publishing, an MBA in Marketing, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts from the University of Sydney.
