Janie Nelson worked as a Microbiologist at Severn Trent Laboratories Ltd from 2000 to 2002. Janie then transitioned to Callisons in December 2002, where Janie has held multiple positions including Technical Manager in Flavor & Applications, Manager in Food & Product Safety, Assistant Manager in Regulatory, and Flavor Technology & Development.
