Tracie Shaffer

Tracie Smith has been working in the insurance industry for over 25 years. Tracie started their career as an office manager for a small personal and commercial insurance agency. After five years, they were promoted to commercial account manager at a larger agency. Tracie then spent four years in that role before moving to their current position as a commercial lines agent at Callistus Smith Agency. In their current role, they are responsible for managing the commercial accounts for the agency.

Their manager is Hilary Renn, Operations Manager. They are on a team with Sara Piper - Personal Lines Agent, Gina Thomas - Personal Lines Agent, and Sonja Shockney-Ruiz - Personal Lines Agent.
