As Chief Revenue Officer, Ben is responsible for the strategic leadership, and growth and development of the global sales organization at CallMiner. Passionate about building long-term relationships with customers and partners, Ben is focused on delivering solutions to maximize ROI, performance improvement, and satisfaction. Ben offers more than 30 years of experience leading sales, business development, customer success, sales operations, systems engineering, and solutions consulting at several entrepreneurial and leading-edge software technology companies. Prior to CallMiner, he held a similar position at Humanyze, a leading workplace and data analytics company spun out of MIT’s Media Lab. Earlier, Ben was the Executive Vice President of Global Sales for Workhuman, where for more than 12 years, he led the commercial organization from start-up company to clear market leader valued at more than $1 billion. Ben attended Brandeis University and holds a Bachelor of Art degree as a double-major in Economics and Philosophy.
