Caitie Packert

Caitie Packert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as the Senior Customer Success Director for Business Processing Outsourcers (BPO) at CallMiner since January 2020, Caitie has been recognized with the 2023 Impact Award and previously held various roles at CallMiner, including Customer Success Director for BPO and enterprise clients, as well as Customer Success Manager, earning the 2021 Connections Award. Prior experience includes positions at American Robotics, CarGurus, RingCentral, Go Ahead Tours, Feld Entertainment, VEE Corporation, and Walt Disney World. Caitie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Worcester State University and an Associate of Arts in Dance from Dean College.
