Paul Donovan is an experienced IT Manager currently supporting the CallMiner team since August 2019, specializing in managing various SaaS, UCaaS, SECaaS, and IaaS products. Prior to CallMiner, Paul held the position of Sr. Network Engineer at Ipswitch, Inc., where responsibilities included managing a global cloud-based phone system and overseeing network engineering and administration tasks. Previous roles include Network / Systems Administrator at Valley Collaborative and Systems Administrator for Gloucester Public Schools, focusing on the efficient operation of IT infrastructure. Paul has pursued extensive education in computer forensics, network security, and systems administration through various institutions and online platforms, contributing to over 25 years of self-taught expertise in the field.
