Amanda Coffelt

Amanda Coffelt, UXC, is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience design and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager UX Design - Product at CallRail since August 2021, Amanda oversees a team of UX designers focused on call tracking, AI Conversation Intelligence, and omni-channel communications products. Prior roles include positions at Plum as Senior UX Designer and at ShootProof as Brand Experience Design Manager. Amanda’s journey began at Culpepper and Associates, Inc. and Ritz Camera Centers, where foundational skills in graphic design and customer solutions were developed. An advocate for design operations, Amanda founded the EPD Ops leader cohort and emphasizes the integration of design thinking with agile methodologies. Amanda holds a BBA with Honors from Georgia State University and studied Graphic Design at Atlanta College of Art.
