Don Hughes began their work experience in 1978 at Ford Motor Company, where they worked as a District Manager until 1982. Don then moved on to Honeywell, where they held the position of Account Executive for a year. In 1983, Hughes joined Volkswagen of America, Inc as a Regional Director, and remained in this role until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Consultant while being self-employed. Finally, in 2015, Hughes became the National Sales Director at CallRevu, LLC, a company that specializes in phone process measurement and performance tracking for dealerships.
Don Hughes earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Central Michigan University, where they attended from 1975 to 1977. Don later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university, spanning from 1981 to 1982.
