Matt Hicks

Matt Hicks is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the National Sales Director at DEUX since January 2025, Matt is also a Managing Partner at Top Ten Sales, where the focus is on developing products for Store Brand/Private Label sales in the Cookie/Cracker, Granola, and Bar categories. Previously, Matt held the position of Mortgage Loan Originator at Barrett Financial Group LLC and served as National Sales Manager at Made In Nature, concentrating on Food Service, Convenience, and Drug Channels. Additional roles include Food Service Sales Manager at Bare Snacks and Regional Sales Manager at Good4U Marketing specializing in the K-12 School market. Matt's career began in fabrication roles at Machine Security Covers and TriVan Truck Body. Matt holds an Associate's Degree in Business Management/Marketing from Whatcom Community College.
