Nicole Day has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Nicole started their career at Pepsi Bottling Group in 2007 as a Pepsi Direct Sales Rep. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Pepsi Beverage Company as a Customer Retention Sales Rep, where they focused on contacting customers to address concerns and increase sales.
In 2011, Nicole joined PepsiCo and held various roles within the Sales Operations department. As a Sales Operations Assistant Analyst, they managed campaign administration, collaborated with Marketing and IT teams, and provided training and coaching to developmental resources. In their subsequent role as a Sales Operations Associate Analyst, they led the largest Siebel Upgrade in PepsiCo Direct history and managed release cycle management for multiple PepsiCo Direct Applications.
In 2016, Nicole transitioned to Cognizant as a Business Solutions Manager. Nicole was responsible for facilitating the transition of employees from PepsiCo Direct to Cognizant, leading the Onvida track for PepsiCo Direct Next Gen, and managing various projects through project plan creation and requirements gathering. Nicole also worked as a Sales Operations Analyst, where they played a key role in project management, business updates, and maintaining company morale.
Most recently, Nicole joined CallRevu as a Sr Manager Business Solutions in 2022.
Nicole Day obtained their Associate's degree in Business Administration from Guilford Technical Community College, where they studied from 2002 to 2005.
