Kyle Finlinson

Kyle Finlinson is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership and operational roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Technical Operations at CallTek since January 2025, Kyle is responsible for establishing Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and monitoring Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to ensure system reliability. As the Founder and CTO of The Reliable Source since 2011, Kyle oversees contracts and manages internal and external teams to ensure projects adhere to budget and timelines. Previously, Kyle held several key positions, including Director of Operational Initiatives and CIO at Manada, and CTO at Multiband Corporation, where significant IT advancements were achieved during corporate mergers. Additionally, Kyle co-founded International Software Solutions, Inc., leading innovations in healthcare technology and contributing to various multi-million dollar projects. Kyle holds a degree from Brigham Young University.
