Mateen Premji

Mateen Premji is the founder and CEO of Calltronix (K) Ltd since January 2017. From November 2013 to December 2019, they were the founder of Sawa International UAE, where they managed company interests, implemented strategies, handled business relationships, and oversaw financial and departmental performance. Mateen also attended to legal obligations and corresponded with HOD's within DU. Mateen was a Human Resources Intern at Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts from January to July 2013, where they initiated and implemented the CIF (Colleague Interactive Forum) and conducted colleague retention interviews. From May 2010 to August 2011, they worked as a Civil Engineering Consultant at Sheltplan Ltd, where they handled planning, designing, and supervision of commercial developments and managed the sewerage treatment division tied up with JET international.

Mateen Premji completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd between 2007 and 2010. In 2011 to 2013, they pursued an Associate Degree in International Hospitality Management from The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management. It is unclear when and for how long they attended Harvard Kennedy School, but they obtained an Associate's degree in Adaptive Leadership in 21st Century Africa from there.
