Sarah Tobin

Sarah Tobin is an accomplished founder and leader in talent development and people strategy, currently serving as the Founder of Marina Run Club since March 2023, where a large athletic community is cultivated in the Bay Area. Prior experience includes a prominent role at Calm as the Head of Talent Development and Sales Enablement since July 2020, contributing to a global People strategy recognized by Fortune 100 and Time 100. Additionally, Sarah served as the Head of People Strategy for Uber from July 2017 to July 2020, managing talent management initiatives and team operations, and leading various organizational development projects across multiple roles. Earlier career highlights include positions at Michael Hill, Davidson, Deloitte Australia, and Emberin, focusing on organizational development, consulting, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Sarah holds a Masters of Organisational Psychology from The University of Queensland, alongside multiple degrees in psychology from QUT and an executive education credential from Harvard Business School.
