Emilian Elefteratos has a diverse work experience in management consulting, healthcare technology, and corporate development. Emilian served as the CEO & CHRO at Medal before its acquisition by Ciox Health, where they then became the Head of Corporate Development. Emilian also worked as a Strategic Advisor and later as the Chief Operating Officer & CHRO at Banjo Health, and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer & CHRO at CalmWave. Throughout their career, Emilian has demonstrated expertise in optimizing business strategies, fostering collaboration, and driving operational efficiency.

Emilian Elefteratos attended The Alliance Insead | Wharton Fontainebleau Campus in 1994-1995 for the Leadership Excellence Advanced Management Program. Emilian then pursued an Advanced Management Program in Telecommunications and Cybersecurity at the International Hellenic University in 2007. Emilian holds a Bachelor of Science from National College Ion Neculce in Electronics. Additionally, they completed a Master of Science in Computer Science & Cybernetics from Academia de Studii Economice din București and an Executive Leadership Development Program from Cisco Networking Academy. Emilian also obtained certifications in various areas including Communications and Cybersecurity, Leadership Development, and Sales.
