Peter Silveira

Peter Silveira is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the NPD Training Manager at Calo Inc. since January 2024. Prior to this role, Peter was the Kitchen General Manager at Kitopi from December 2021 to January 2024, and Head Chef at Nomad Urban Eatery and Nomad Urban Cafe from October 2020 to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing kitchen operations and staff training.
