Louise Carrick has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2002 with Vodafone. Louise held various roles at Vodafone, including Service Manager, Corporate Account Manager, and Enterprise Transition Manager. In these roles, they managed customer accounts, implemented telecoms programs, and led migration projects. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Customer Experience Manager for Vodafone, where they focused on designing and delivering a cross-channel customer experience. In 2017, they became the Head of CX Design and Improvement, leading customer experience initiatives. Currently, they are working at Calor Ireland as the Head of Marketing & CX.
Louise Carrick has a BA (Hons) in Marketing from Dublin Business School.
