Alberto Santolin

Alberto Santolin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and management. As the Founder and CEO of 45 Engineering since January 2016, Alberto specializes in mechanical design and outsourcing services. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Calpeda and Adjunct Professor at Università degli Studi di Padova since October 2019, Alberto teaches energy conversion systems and machines. Alberto also founded HPP Design and has been a Freelance Engineer at Studio ing. Santolin, focusing on the design and project management of hydroelectric plants. Previous roles include General Manager and Team Manager at Subteck from September 2020 to January 2023, and a Junior Engineer at Evercos. Alberto holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from CUOA Business School, along with significant expertise in the design of hydraulic turbines and optimization of high-efficiency pumps.
