Vijay B has a total of three work experiences. Vijay started working as an HR Executive - Talent Acquisition at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions in May 2019 and ended in July 2020. After that, they joined OLX People as a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist from January 2021 to October 2021. Currently, they are working as a Senior HR Executive - Talent Acquisition at Calpion Inc. starting from November 2021.

Vijay B pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Corporate Secretaryship at AYYA NADAR JANAKI AMMAL COLLEGE in Sivakasi from 2013 to 2016. Vijay then went on to complete their Master of Social Work in Human Resources at PSG College of Arts and Science from 2016 to 2018. Lastly, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from PSG College of Arts and Science in 2019.
