Jitendra Garge is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Lead at Force Motors Ltd since October 2024, Jitendra previously held the position of Assistant Manager - Human Resources at Atlas Copco India Pvt. Ltd from September 2019 to October 2024, where responsibilities included managing the HR benefit portfolio. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager HR at Varroc Polymer Pvt Ltd from August 2016 to July 2019, overseeing HR operations for multiple plants and handling recruitment, training, and compliance. Jitendra began the career at Lear Corporation as Sr. Executive - HR focusing on compensation and benefits, and also worked briefly in HR operations at Indiabulls Power Ltd.
