Joshua Thorne

Joshua Thorne has extensive experience in safety management, currently serving as a Safety Manager at CalPortland since August 2019. Prior roles include Safety Coordinator at Granite Construction from January 2016 to August 2019 and a Lab Assistant at Central Washington University, where Joshua contributed to curriculum development for an Occupational Safety and Health Management Lab Course. Joshua began their career in safety as a Safety Intern at Granite Construction and held the position of Orientation Leader at Central Washington University, guiding new students through their transition to college. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Safety and Health Management from Central Washington University, completed in 2015 and 2023, respectively.
