James N.

James N. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James started their career in the United States Army National Guard, where they served as an Automated Logistic Specialist responsible for inventory management and record-keeping.

Following their military service, James transitioned to the Navy Federal Credit Union, working as a Training Instructor II, Supervisor, and Mortgage Loan Originator. In this role, they managed branch operations, trained new employees, and ensured smooth financial operations.

James then joined Fidelity National Information Services as a Product Support Rep II, where they provided technical support, documented recurring issues, and managed client accounts.

After that, they worked at Symitar as an Application Support/Project Analyst, where they analyzed existing systems and assisted customers in transitioning to JHA products.

James further expanded their expertise at Corelation, Inc. as a Product Manager, where they analyzed and mapped data from old to new core systems for clients.

Currently, they are serving as the V.P. Senior Data and Systems Analyst at CalPrivate Bank, where they assist in improving operational performance, identifies opportunities for system enhancement, and defines project scope and requirements.

James N. attended Indiana University Southeast from 2003 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in General Studies.
