Dominic Occhiato

Dominic Occhiato, PHR SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager at CALSTART since August 2023. Prior experience includes acting as a Human Resources Business Partner at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) from March 2019 to February 2023, where Dominic provided HR support for employees across multiple US states. As a Human Resources Manager at Blind Squirrel Games from December 2015 to January 2019, Dominic oversaw the HR department's activities, designed competitive compensation and benefit programs, and conducted employee relations and development initiatives.
