Falisha Lucas

Falisha Lucas is a Project Manager at CALSTART in Pasadena, California. She participates in various projects related to HVIP, Infrastructure and Marketing.

Falisha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from The University of New Mexico and a Graduate Certificate in GIS and Geospatial Technology from the University of Miami. Since 2010, she has applied this knowledge through a diverse portfolio in transportation, conservation and the utility industry. Some notable projects include mapping Bark Beetle infestation patterns in the Sandia Mountains of New Mexico, creating the nation’s first park database for the Trust for Public Land, and mapping utility assets for SCE and Sempra.
