Christina Nguyen

Christina Nguyen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in state government operations, currently serving as a Staff Services Manager I and Associate Ombuds at CalSTRS since November 2018, where responsibilities include conducting investigations and coordinating resolution meetings for benefit disputes. Prior to CalSTRS, Christina held various roles at the California State Controller's Office, focusing on personnel guidance and administrative support. Christina’s career began in customer service and administrative roles across different sectors, including escrow and healthcare. Christina holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Chinese and International Relations from the University of California, Davis, and studied at National Taiwan University.
