Jennifer Spangler

Jennifer Spangler is a seasoned project management professional with a strong background in the public sector, currently serving as Assistant Project Director at CalSTRS since August 2004. In addition to this role, Jennifer has led the Pension Solution Project as Business Lead and contributed to the Service Retirement Division Leadership, along with holding various analytical positions. Prior to CalSTRS, Jennifer worked at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation from July 2001 to July 2004 as Assistant to the Director and engaged in various analytical roles. Jennifer holds a PMP certification, reflecting a commitment to project management excellence.
