Matt Belcher

Matt Belcher is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding and leading businesses across various sectors. Currently, Matt co-founds and serves as CEO of CalTier, an innovative online alternative investment platform since 2019, and also co-founded the San Diego EB-5 Regional Center in 2016, an approved USCIS Regional Center. In addition to these roles, Matt founded ICWG Consulting in 2005, focusing on strategic business planning and growth consulting, and previously established WinMyDream and Instant Sales Solutions Ltd. From 2005 to 2010, Matt held the position of Senior Account Manager at Divine Solutions, where responsibilities included selling enterprise software solutions across multiple industries.
