Jim Upchurch, the President & CEO of Caltius Capital Management, and Caltius Structured Capital since June 1997, is also the President & CEO of Caltius Equity Partners since 1999. Jim has a BS in Accounting from Northern Arizona University and has been involved in facilitating liquidity events and corporate growth opportunities for middle market companies throughout North America. With a focus on flexible Junior Capital solutions and equity investments, Upchurch has been instrumental in the success and growth of these companies.
