Phil O'Leary

Phil O'Leary has a solid work experience in the field of industrial process automation. Phil started their career in 2001 as a Regional Manager at Honeywell Building Automations, where they managed sales, projects, and services for the Midwest region. After that, they joined Honeywell Process Solutions in 2003 as a Director of Service Operations, where they focused on improving the return on investment for customers. Phil then took on the role of Director of SAP Implementation, responsible for the global implementation of SAP, including a full implementation in the UK. In 2008, Phil joined Caltrol Inc. as the Vice President of Services, managing projects and the lifecycle service organization with full P&L accountability.

Phil O'Leary earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix, which they attended from 1990 to 1992.
