Matthew Thompson

Matthew Thompson has over 15 years of experience in the engineering field. Matthew began their career in 2006 as a Product Engineer at Micron Technology. In 2008, they moved to Aptina and worked as a Hardware Design Engineer and Sr. Product Engineer. In 2014, they joined ON Semiconductor as a System Hardware Manager and System Design Engineer, where they designed hardware and software solutions for bench testing of image sensors, and developed methods to validate and test MIPI protocol using custom FPGA serial receiver. Matthew currently works as a Lead Firmware Engineer at Calumino since 2021.

Matthew Thompson attended Utah State University from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
