With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Biola University Crowell School of Business, and an Associate of Arts degree from West Los Angeles College, Eugene has a strong educational background. Currently serving as an Administration/Technical Specialist at the US Navy and an Assistant Varsity Coach at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa, Eugene brings a diverse skill set to their professional endeavors.

The ministry began with a church located in Costa Mesa, CA and has flourished and expanded into a multifaceted ministry which includes Christian Schools, Christian Conference Centers, a Bible College, a School of Worship, Christian Radio Stations, Christian radio programs, Christian book distribution, and Christian bookstores.
