Theresa Schramm

Theresa Schramm is an experienced Operations Project Coordinator at Trane Technologies, with a background as a Business Systems Analyst and Business System Analyst Intern. Theresa has been a Varsity Reserve Volleyball Coach for the School District of Onalaska since September 2020 and has held the position of Head Coach at Onalaska Volleyball Club since November 2018, bringing 11 years of playing experience and strong leadership skills to the role. Previous positions include Front Desk Associate at The Osthoff Resort and Sustainability Intern at Masters Gallery Foods, Inc. Theresa earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Sustainability from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, graduating in 2021, and is a graduate of Plymouth High School.
