Elaine L.

Elaine L. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Elaine started their career in 1985 as an Engineer at General Motors, and later worked as an Engineer at Adac Plastics and Benteler Automotive. In 1990, they transitioned to Automation Design Service as an AutoCAD Designer and Detailer. Elaine then joined Calvin College as an Adjunct Instructor from 2000 to 2009. Starting from 1999 until 2013, Elaine was a Stay at Home Mom for the Lohroff Household. In 2013, they joined Calvary Church as a Ministry Assistant and gradually moved up to become the Associate Director of Information Technology, responsible for managing and improving the church's Arena Church Management Software (CHMS), overseeing the Mitel phone system, and providing IT support. Additionally, they served as a Database Specialist, overseeing improvements and data integrity of Calvary's Arena database.

Elaine L. completed their high school education at Speedway High School from 1977 to 1981. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Purdue University from 1981 to 1985. Later, they attended Aquinas College - Grand Rapids and obtained a Master of Management Administration degree in Management from 1986 to 1991.
