Katrina was appointed to her role as General Counsel in March 2023, bringing to Calvary over 20 years’ experience in the health sector holding both clinical and commercial positions, across public, private and not-for-profit organisations.
Katrina joins Calvary from her previous role as a Partner at MinterEllison, Australia’s largest law firm, with a commercial and regulatory focused health industry practice. Prior to this, Katrina worked as in-house legal counsel at Ramsay Health Care for 14 years, holding the position of General Counsel and Company Secretary for 7 of those years. In her role at Ramsay Health Care, she was deeply involved with the Executive in establishing and guiding the company’s strategy.
Katrina’s key responsibilities include managing the legal function whilst supporting Calvary’s growth strategy and ensuring the organisation is well-placed to respond to changes in the legal and regulatory environments.
