Kylie Chain is the Owner and Director of thevaluechain, providing executive coaching and procurement consulting since June 2018. Currently serving as a Senior Career Consultant at Directioneering and an Executive Coach at Hello Coach, Kylie also acts as an HR Consultant focused on procurement strategies at Calvary Health Care. With a diverse background that includes previous roles as an Executive Coach at The Epiphany Group, Procurement Consultant for the City of Parramatta, and Head of Procurement at Metcash, Kylie's expertise spans executive and career coaching, procurement, and contingent labor management. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from The University of Western Sydney, various coaching credentials from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, and a Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership from Charles Sturt University.
